About Lanzo

Lanzo provides technology that helps carriers and dispatchers discover one another, create professional profiles, match based on preferences, and communicate.

Lanzo is a platform

Lanzo is not a motor carrier, freight broker, dispatcher for hire, employer, insurance provider, financial institution, or guarantor of any transaction between users unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

No guarantee of business

Lanzo does not guarantee loads, revenue, payments, rates, matches, business relationships, performance, availability, profitability, or results.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, maintaining the security of your account, verifying other users and any credentials relevant to a potential working relationship, and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your activities.

Acceptable use and community rules

Users must communicate professionally and honestly. Lanzo does not allow harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, sexually explicit content, impersonation, fraudulent activity, spam, scams, illegal activity, or sharing another person’s private information without permission. We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Messages and user content

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant Lanzo the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content in order to operate the service.

Account suspension and deletion

You may delete your account using the available account controls. Lanzo may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
