Delete your Lanzo account

You can permanently delete your Lanzo account from inside the app.

In the Lanzo app

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Review the notice and confirm deletion.

Need help?

If you cannot access your account, email support@lanzoapp.com from the email address associated with the account. We may request information needed to verify ownership before completing the request.

What deletion means

Deleting your account removes or de-identifies account data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to limited retention required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
